The ISACA Manila Chapter proudly announces the 2011 ISACA Manila Information Security Summit dubbed as "Information Security in a Borderless World" on November 22, 2011 at the New World Hotel, Makati City, Philippines.

Traditional security models that focus primarily on keeping the bad guys out no longer work. Its time to radically rethink how organizations can keep their most valuable information safe. It’s time to rethink information security programs and the strategies.

Advancing technology has created access to information that is far too big for barricades. Necessary steps therefore need to be taken to protect information – no matter where it resides – by adopting new solutions and improving overall information security program effectiveness.

The 2011 ISACA Manila Information Security Summit delves into the changing risk landscape brought about by social networking, cloud computing and personal mobile devices in the enterprise; and new ways of creating value propositions for information security to top management.

This Summit offers a wealth of experience, wisdom, and expertise for those who will be attending. We hope to see you on November 22, 2011 for this unique learning experience!
